After 3 nights in this horrible hotel I didn't sleep two of them because of the noise, Som guests are drunks and yelling all night and some are sick and screaming while they sleeping, everywhere small bad Ubder the bridge with homlesses is better than this this hotel

Terrible experience. Filthy bathrooms. Dinky bed and room has no amenities even to make tea or coffee. Would not stay again even if free. Dont waste your time or money. Disgusting for Expedia to even list this hostel. It should not be called a hotel. Dont know how it has pased code. Avoid!!

The staff there were great, the mattress comfortable, and the rooms well air conditioned. Unfortunately those are the only positive things I can say. 3/4 toilets were clogged, yet there is no toilet paper. Bathrooms don't look like they're ever cleaned. I was too disgusted to use the shower and thankfully only needed to stay one night. The friendliness of the staff is the only reason I've given stars.

You got what you paid for, for those never lived in a hostel this could be in poor condition. Very basic room for just a bed, not shared, not sound proof. Light shined through the AC vent. Need improvement in the shared bathroom. Easy access to NYU and lower Manhattan. No complaint here. Super nice staff. Would recommend to budget travelers. For whoever complaint, you need to spend 3x more in the neighborhood to be "acceptable"

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was far from what was depicted in the photos on your website, leading to several disappointments during my visit. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were numerous insects present, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the general hygiene of the hotel left much to be desired. Moreover, I found the staff to be disrespectful and unhelpful. This lack of professionalism significantly impacted my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Overall, my experience at your hotel was very disappointing. I hope you take immediate action to address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.
