Great location in a neighbourhood I’d not stayed in before. Staff and service excellent, rooms are small but all that you’d need for a city stay as not in the room that much
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. There are a numbeg of restsurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room is very tiny. Good for short stay.
Amazing!!! This is our 4th time at Arlo and we will come back.

To taxi to the hotel takes forever as it’s right next to the tunnel and it’s always full of traffic. The lift is very slow and old and the corridor and the carpet does not look sharp. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms facing the inside garden is noisy with the restaurant until 10. The staff are nice and helpful.
Beautiful hotel, rooftop view was sublime, breakfast area very nice. We had an issue with the AC not working, we were then forced to call the reception several times before they gave us another room. Overall great experience.
Side note parking availability is inexistant and very pricey, but hey it’s NYC!
