Great staff - we’re very helpful with gaining ideas for things to do in the area. Parking was good, but tight with a larger vehicle. Only criticism is when the room was serviced, the bed was made and towels replaced, but the cups/mugs weren’t replaced, so had to clean these myself in the bathroom sink to reuse. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and would book again.

Everything was spot on from checking in and out. Receptionist was so cheerful and helpful he gave us great tips. The beds were so comfortable and the spa was a bonus. Thank you very much will definitely come again.

Convenient and good place. Great shower and bath tub just be prepared for 4 hours of cleaning cycle so bath early. Too much light coming through curtains from CBD area so maybe get room on other the other side. Great welcome from staff. Worth the money.

A decent enough hotel however, definitely in need of a refresh. The rooms were clean enough and it was fine for an overnight and service waa good, but would expect more given the price paid. Unsure if we were given the older rooms or if there were better rooms.
