This level also comes with a large office for all your business needs while you are travelling and a toilet room.

Upstairs features a luxurious master bedroom with a super king size bed and ultra modern ensuite. Three additional bedrooms, two with a comfortable queen bed in each and the third with a king single bed, all with easy access to a large bathroom which features a shower and bath.The garage provides secure parking, internal access and a laundry room.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

New Plymouth get away
two wonderful nights staying at 244. beautiful home with everything you need for a luxury escape. we enjoyed a wine on the sun drenched deck each evening before we made the very easy walk into town. highly recommend staying here - enough room for everyone to enjoy their own space and a wonderful lounge and deck area for socialising.

Well located, well appointed beautiful home with drive on and secure garage. The 4 bedrooms are a good size and there’s lots of space in the open plan living area to relax and unwind! Highly recommend !

Fabulous house in an excellent location. Prefect for a group of friends to explore what New Plymouth has to offer. Just a short stroll to town so could take advantage of fabulous restaurants and shops without needing to drive. Close to the Coastal Walkway and 15 minutes to the Mountain bike track. This property is amazing, every corner is beautifully furnished up to the smallest detail. There are nice art works and decors and plenty of things to do - table tennis, board games and heaps of books. Conveniently located in the CBD so it's close to everything.
