We stayed in room number 1 at the carriage house. We thought this was going to be a great stay After looking at pictures of the rooms on expedia. When we got there the room was not in the pictures we seen on Expedia. (Misleading) It was a tiny little place in the middle of a lot of rooms and noise from upstairs and around us, where others were staying. You can hear talking, water running, toilet flushing, there TV. We could hear everything all around us. Waking up to the micro refrigerator turning on just laying in the corner on the floor. When the heat kicked on throughout the night it was very loud and keeps you from going back to sleep. Only 1 night stand and light on the right side of the bed. Nothing for the wife to charge her phone or have her own light or stand. The porch lights out front and out back you could not shut off. So the light coming through the curtains was all night long. We got 2 hours of sleep at most to wake up and drive to the actual inn for breakfast because where we were staying was not at the inn. There we found eggs with cheese and hash browns in ziplock bags in the refrigerator. It said to heat them up in the microwave for 20 seconds, seriously? that’s not correct. We never write reviews. Hopefully after this your stay will be much better.

Ckean rooms...good breakfast..easy parking.only negative thing was website does not tell you the annex is on their other property Berlin Carriage house about 1/3 mile from Heritage inn and has about 20 steps not noted til after you book...should show immediately on website b4 booking takes place even if you book thru expedia or another 3rd party

We enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Heritage Inn. The location was perfect, being centrally located to all the towns we wanted to visit and was next door to our favorite shops, Sheyiah Market stores. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included some microwaveable eggs and sausage biscuits, plus fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, and hard boiled eggs. My friend tried the prepared omelet and was a little disappointed to find it filled with what looked like cheese whiz. But otherwise, the breakfast was fine and it was nice that they offered more than just continental with some variety.

Rooms nice and clean. Definitely quiet. We woke up kind of sore from sleeping in the Bed but it was acceptable. Centrally located to where a lot of shopping/restaurants in walking distance. Free breakfast. You can toast your own bagel or cook a fresh waffle in their waffle iron. They also have a selection of refrigerated items such as hard boiled eggs, packaged microwaveable breakfast foods, yogurt, etc. Free coffee 24/7 in the lobby.

The location was very nice and definitely within walking distance to the shops in town. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good enough. And had a beautiful view and the commons area looking out at the countryside. A nice back porch to sit on with rocking chairs. We set up till about midnight playing cards in the commons area. There was a TV out there as well. Overall was a very pleasant stay and would recommend to friends
