I must say when we got off the elevator i was a little nervous about condition of our room bu the apartment was very clean and spacious. I have to say the bed was so comfy.

Great spot.
It was a beautiful facility and it was evident that it was well taken care of and I definitely plan on staying there again. Had everything you needed especially for having a Family. Definitely go back this time without kids, but will be staying at the same spot. The only negative I would give is that if you’re taking a vehicle you have to park across the street at the public parking spot or Valet parking.

Overall a Wonderful stay. Few things that would have made our stay even better A couple more accent lights in the main area, overhead lights are sooo bright, perhaps a dimmer would help. A dresser in the bedroom areas. An additional grab bar in the tub area…Smart TV’s in all rooms

Took 40 minutes to check in -the codes were wrong and had to call to get us in! Again 40 mins was to long to work out a new codes! It's not a good way to start a vacation.

The sonder canceled my booking 1 minute before I arrived to the hotel and did not give me a reason as to why they canceled it! When I got to the hotel I asked to speak to a manager and was unable to. I called and asked for cooperate number and was refused that number. I still to this day have no knowledge on what happened and why, especially after booking a month in advance

1000/10! Loved my stay at Sonder. Felt like home away from home 😊 Washer/dryer was awesome, full kitchen with utensils, bedroom ceiling fan, double sinks in bathroom, rooftop pool, security at main doors at all times, TV with Roku, lots of huge windows for natural light and city views, AC that made me couldn't wait to walk back into lol anything you would want in a hotel! Will absolutely stay again 😌😁

I didnt like the pool is really small and doesn't get cleaned daily. Only five to ten people can fit inthe pool at the same time. There was items left around the pool from the previous night and the pool water was very cloudy with a wierd film floating in it. I have tried five times but it never looked clean. The access code to the elevator was difficult to use.

I loved the fact it was a full apartment were you may cook, hold food, and it was very clean on the inside of the apartment. Before entering the apartment I was afraid it was not going to be nice because exiting the elevator the floors were scratched, broken, and even the white corners were some of them destroyed. But once we entered the apartment it was fine. It was very difficult to find, the instructions said "used the double doors" but only double doors were to the Jeung Hotel. It did not say "enter to the Jung hotel double doors, and make a left to the main elevators of the hotel. There will be elevators exclusively for the sonder". Additionally, we did not even want to use the pool, but the terrace got closed for maintenance, and we did not even get to take beautiful pictures on top of the building (which we were excited to do). Outside the Jung Hotel there were a lot of homeless, weed odor, and dirty flooded street. No parking lot is horrible! and Valet parking is way too much! the reason why people use Expedia or other sites is to save money, but in the end with valet and other hidden fees it ends up being way too expensive for a regular medium class family to travel.

Was VERY HARD to find…because it is INSIDE the hotel around the corner. But there is no sign anywhere that says that. And the street number is not on any building. So, just fyi…go to the hotel around the corner of the building and valet park! The unit was perfect. It was HUGE, even though only 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms had king beds.

The location was great. The place was great except we couldn’t get the air to work properly because the Nest was locked. The bathroom door was hanging off the track and after speaking with someone via text, they never came to check it out. We had to use the bathroom with the door ajar the whole time.
