The room was decent. Probably need to steam clean the carpet but the room was fine. The hotel is next door to a restaurant that sells breakfast and Powdered Vignettes. The Casino is about 3-5 minutes away on the same road. Bourbon street is 2-3 minutes walking distance. All in all a good stay.

The room was clean. The staff at the time I entered the hotel was very helpful and pleasant. I love the floor to ceiling windows but wish they were wider. The lounge was very nice and staff kept it clean and as stalked as possible. I would definitely stay there again hoping to get on the 45th floor again because it had a wonderful view.

The hotel was good except for all the extra charges you weren't warned about. And the account statement at the end was sooo confusing. They deducted more from my bank account than what was stated was the deduction ion the settlement statement.
