This hotel was affordable & conveniently located in a decent neighborhood and not too far of a drive from visitor attractions. The room was comfortable, adequately equipped, and had ample space.

It’s an old property so don’t expect to much . The breakfast was good . Self service , outside on a covered patio between the rooms . Not really enough tables so we had to sit on a nice little rocking swing . This did make eating a bit difficult. Eat as much as you like . The streetcar from downtown was only a street away . Ok area .

Old French style architecture was very interesting and convenient to the streetcar line. The second bed was in a loft and was pretty cool, but that bed didn't get made when housekeeping came. Breakfast was served outside in the concourse and that was nice to sit outside, but had it rained could have been a problem.

This hotel is very special, it is family style. The room is very clean, with delicate furniture and lamps , when you open the door of the room, you feel like you are at home! That is what we like the most! The breakfast is simple, but very nice and you sit outside, with tree and flowers around! We enjoyed our 2 nights stay very much! It is very close to the street car, only a few blocks, a lot of restaurants around.

Excellent across the board. Very good value and friendly people. They responded very quickly about accommodating our very late check in and to help us find and book a same day gator boat ride. Walking distance to streetcars so we saved a whole lot on parking and driving.

This hotel has everything we need: friendly staff, nice bed and clean room, refrigerator, microwave, free parking, and easy access to the streetcar on St Charles. The inner courtyard and breakfast area are cool too. Another great stay at Prytania Park!

Overall Prytania park hotel was fine for a small hotel. I really enjoyed the free parking and the price was right compared to more expensive hotels closer to the convention convention center. Breakfast was somewhat limited and the hotel had limited amenities. Also, I thought the shower curtain was disgusting. Overall the stay was acceptable for my family of four (wife and two preteen daughters). I wish it was closer to the convention center.

Nice stay in New Orleans
Great location on the edge of the garden district, 2 min walk from legendary #12 trolley bus stop. Nice comfortable room and bathroom, quiet and cool. Good value too. 2 downsides - minimal housekeeping, we had to ask for clean towels and more toiletries at the end of our 3rd day, and found a dirty cigarette under the bed. Other thing was the amount of plastic waste associated with breakfast set up and lack of recycling of all items thrown into one bin. Was surprised at this generally in the US.

Quiet and comfy!
Quiet and comfortable stay. The room did smell musty. There was a container of Damp Rid in the room so clearly they are aware. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic.
