We just stayed here for 5 nights and although we weren’t in the room much we did enjoy our stay. We had the honeymoon suite on the 3rd floor that came with a separate living room and balcony. It was very spacious for just the two of us and so much closet space! Walk in closet and a coat closet plus a linen cabinet in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, not the best but also I’ve had worse. The room was spotless and had the bare essentials. Maid service came in every day to make the bed and refresh our towels. We encountered many staff members and every single one of them was fantastic! I can’t remember the gentleman’s name today that checked us out but he was very helpful and even helped load us up in our taxi, I had no cash on me but I wanted to shout him out for his 5 star service! To management please consider changing to a different door lock system, the keyless entry is just so frustrating for your guests as it rarely ever worked. Every guest we encountered was having issues!

The staff was very courteous. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I have to compliment the refurbishment of the bathrooms. I requested an extra bar of soap twice; never R’cd, so I finally helped myself to a bar of soap off of the cleaner’s cart.

Great place to stay when in New Orleans. Close to everything we wanted to see. Everything was excellent. The bed was super comfortable after a 5 hour drive from Houston. Nice and quiet area. The plus was I had a balcony!
