Check in issues…Couldn’t get assigned a room and it ended up charging my card in 2 transactions. Staff was good but it took a minute. Hotel is outdated…bathroom was not a pretty sight and only 1 set of towels were to the room. I will not be staying again, oh and the hot water will give you 2-3rd degree burns

My stay at this hotel was reminiscent of a horror movie. Upon arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms. Richard, the staff member, attempted to persuade me to grab food and promised to have a room ready upon my return. However, I was unable to check in until 7pm. Another guest shared a similar experience, stating that he was assigned a room already occupied by someone else. I appreciate the kindness of the people I met during my stay. TAMLA demonstrated exceptional professionalism, remaining calm amidst frustrated and exhausted customers. I have never experienced such a chaotic hotel stay. Furthermore, a fire broke out, and the fire alarm system failed to activate. Additionally, the pool did not match the advertised images. I am astonished that this establishment remains operational. A local store employee even advised me to never return, and I intend to follow that advice. TAMLA deserves a raise!! She was amazing.

The TV didn't work our first night there. People were loud, room was outdated, halls smelled of cigarette smoke, yet there's no smoking. They only use certain debit cards and doesn't say that on their website. Multiple people have been turned away due to this reason.
