Very Good

Room was quaint. Staff was friendly. Comfy bed. Kurieg coffee pot with k-cups provided in room. Location was excellent!! Within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The only downfall is no parking. We had to park several blocks away and carry our luggage, etc., back to hotel. We were lucky to find street parking for free.
Excellent location, friendly staff, clean, safe and so much historic charm. After much research searching for the best location, we went in with this lovely hotel and we were not disappointed, this location is unbeatable! Highly recommended!
It’s not an extravagant accommodation, yet we keep coming back. If you don’t need a big room with lots of amenities—i.e. you want to spend your time exploring New Orleans—you’ll be happy here. It’s on a quiet street that is close to the restaurants etc. of the French Quarter as well as to the arts and nightlife in Marigny. I couldn’t imagine a friendlier or more helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and we’ll be back again.
Definitely recommend. Not luxurious or anything. However, it’s clean. It’s a decent size very walkable to everything on Bourbon Street and all around the French Quarter. Very friendly staff.
A quaint little inn that is so close to everything you want to see in the French Quarter. The desk staff were so helpful. Downside is no microwave or moni fridge. I would definitely stay here again.
Awesome location, historic building, a great way to stay to get a true French quarter experience. Really hope to stay here again next time I’m in NOLA.

Charming older hotel in French Quarter
It was a charming, slightly funky, older hotel in a great location in the French Quarter. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Not enough electrical outlets. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.
The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Recently updated bathrooms and furnishings. But, if you’re a light sleeper, do not accept room 501 or 502 (opens to street/sidewalk) The late night/early morning traffic and people just outside your door will keep you awake.
Would have been nice if there was a microwave or a small fridge. Parking is very secure but a bit of a hike All in all this is an excellent property we'll be back
I've seen alot of negative reviews but I can't help thinking they don't understand they are traveling to the French Quarter in New Orleans. The Inn on Ursulines had alot of old world charm. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's not meant to be. It was clean, staff was friendly, and it's a short walk to Bourbon or Decatur / Jackson Square. But it is also quiet and felt safe to walk at night. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! We also had a couple of unexplained paranormal incidents so that's a plus!
This was a girls weekend getaway and we were pleasantly surprised with our room. It is a sweet quaint room with a lot of character. The staff was over the top accommodating and so helpful ! We were able to check in a little early and leave our bags at check out for last minute city exploration. The room was spacious. The only things that were a little less than what we expected were :the shower was small so it was a little hard to move around in it and the coffee maker did not have a plug near it. There was hot coffee made fresh each morning in the lobby though. This location is so close to everything. We will definitely book another stay here. We had room 21 and our friend had room 4.
