It was a nice stay overall. Please be aware and prepared to pay for parking because the hotel doesn’t provide it. The tub could’ve been cleaner as well.

They were so amazing people. I really am going back to visit them again. They took care of me so good and they were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to stay in because they know how to take care of a customer and they have good customer service.

No eggs at breakfast
Quiet and since it was sunday i was able to park on the street next to the hotel for nothing which was nice..the breakfast was not as good as my last stay..stale bagels and no eggs..the person running the breakfast said they were waiting for a delivery. Worst part about it was i mentioned it to the front desk person when she asked how was my stay and she shrugged it off with no apology..very disappointing.

A really nice stay for the price. Only knock was the lack of variety in the breakfast options but everything else was great. Friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities, and a great location right on the street car route.

The bathrooms designes for handicapped individuals is poorly designed. The water from the shower flows out to the sink area instead of the drain. We had to use towels to hold the water back. My mom slipped and feel while brushing her teeth.

Overall unpleasant experience. Started off with only one working elevator to our 7th floor room. Then the door to our room was hard to open. The breakfast was sub-par. The on sight parking was $43 dollars a night with homeless people hanging around the parking lot. On the plus side the hotel was centrally located the staff was great and the bed was very comfortable.

Stay was great. No one bothered me and all the front desk attendants were very kind. My only real complaint is that the ice machine on my floor (9) did not work, but I was able to go to another floor (3) after asking about it. The air conditioning worked very well, the room was clean and breakfast was available every morning as advertised.

Over all it was a good stay. Only a couple of simple maintenance items. 1: bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. 2: ceiling light in bathroom didn't work. 3: shower didn't completely drain. Still had water in shower floor next morning after sitting 8 - 10 hours.

This is a phenomenal hotel that is newly upgraded and really nice. Awesome location right by the street car and within walking distance to the national World War II Museum you can’t beat it.
