The beds are hard as a rock they need new mattresses and the bathroom doors don’t close properly and stay closed with the barn door style (I don’t like due to no privacy). Other than this everything else was great.

Nos asignaron rápidamente habitación, ofreciéndonos planta baja o alta a nuestro gusto. Bien ubicado el hotel para caminar por la zona turística, seguro el lugar para regresar tarde por la noche. Ni se escuchaba tanto el ruido de afuera pero si entre las habitaciones y pasillos. El desayuno caliente y rico, básico pero con opción de huevo, tocino, jugo , chocolate, pan dulce etc. La limpieza fatal, la muchacha abrió sin tocar la puerta y se asomó Justo cuando me estaba cambiando, no limpió prácticamente sólo tendió la camas. Fuera de ahí muy agradable y tranquila la Estancia

The property refused to honor the Expedia reservation price. This meant I had to be on the phone with Expedia for 3 hours while they resolved this issue. It was an enormous inconvenience. Eventually Expedia moved us to another hotel.

One of the rooms was very small and the ac leaked onto the floor could not get the coffee refilled in the room asked at front desk all they could find was decaf not very friendly. Everyone else in New Orleans was very friendly
