This was an excellent stay. The rooms were very clean and accomodating. There was a small issue with the toilet not flushing but overall the property and it's amentities are great! I will definitely stay here everytime I visit NOLA!

Great location in the French Quarter! It’s right on Bourbon St but we had a courtyard facing room and had ZERO street noise despite music blaring as soon as we walked outside. Room was clean and comfortable, shower pressure was lacking and the toilet was loud but overall a great stay. Unfortunately the temperature dropped so we didn’t end up using the pool but it looked lovely. I would stay here again.

Clean hotel and wonderful staff! Beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were just okay! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the French Quarter. We walked everywhere! Yes, you can hear the early morning street noise, but nothing earplugs couldn't drown out!

The four seasons is a great hotel if you want to stay in the heart of it! Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly! They allowed us to check in early because our room was available. I did have the room with the balcony, which was a nice addition. The noise level was tolerable, however, you do hear early morning noise with them, cleaning and deliveries. The bathroom was not cleaned to my standards. The caulking around the tub should be cleaned or replaced. Certain areas of the grout on the floor could use some attention. The water pressure was very low and the toilet required to be flushed several times after use. The sink drained slow in the bathroom the pool area I did not use however, I did go take a look, and it appeared to be a nice area. The gym is small but it serves its purpose. I would stay here again but if I was staying more than 2 to 3 days, because of the things mentioned, I would stay here and then go stay at another hotel the rest of my stay because the location is prime!

I had such a wonderful time here!!! The room was a beautiful cool blue/grey color scheme and everything was clean!! Although I was on Bourbon, I could not hear a single sound from the night life! Even in the hotel lobby it was quiet until someone let that main door swing open! Lol overall, an amazing experience and I would love to come back :)

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, very clean. We were right in the center of the French Quarter, such a great location! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also there is a parking garage which was very nice to have. We enjoyed our balcony room. If we make it back to New Orleans, we are definitely staying here!!

Great option to stay in the French Quarter. We stayed during the week so not as crowded as it could have been. Noise from Bourbon St was not bad in a courtyard room. The room is well appointed and matches website picture. All staff, every position, were very pleasant and professional. Will stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Perfect location off Bourbon, would definitely recommend if you want to be in the middle of it all. Had a balcony room facing the courtyard and noise was not a concern at all. Room was clean and spacious.
