The property was great and close to everything . But the hotel fall to tell us the hot water wasn't working after a long night / early morning of traveling. When I went ask the front desk what was going on the front desk handed me a paper. Over all everything else was great .

Very spacious rooms, bathrooms abd living rooms. Luv the big screen tvs in living room and bedroom. Shower door did not shut and was not cleaned properly. No trash bags in trash cans was weird.

Love the location as it was located near Bourbon St, far away from the noise but close enough to walk. Walkable distance from all the activities in the French Quarter. 24 hr lobby staff available for easy checkin/out. Ice machine station also has a microwave available. This hotel has a connecting hallway to the Ritz Carleton located on Canal Street.

First time in New Orleans with family - hotel was located in walking distance of New Orleans famous Bourbon Street - the hotel staff except for one Associate Arianna (who always greeted us with a hello and smile) were unfriendly no Louisiana charm. The $130 tour credit wasn’t even discussed at the time of check in - in fact no questions were asked about interest in any tours. We were disappointed since the high standards that we’ve become accustomed with at this hotel brand was lacking at this location.
