It is a sham how dirty the furniture was at this property. Thank God the sheets were cleaned but the chair in the room and loony were filthy.

Horrible Stay Ever

The only good thing about my stay was that I had central air in the room. I was sent to a room with one King size bed when I booked two double beds. We were then sent to a room that had a toilet we had to manually flush every time. The place did not smell fresh, customer service was horrible. Mold was on the ceiling in the shower.

The AC in the room didn’t work, there was a long line of complaining guests at the front desk, and the breakfast wasn’t set up at the hours posted. The water dispenser in the breakfast area was broken and sprayed all over the wall. The biggest issue is that the AC simply didn’t work. The power on it was out. A very poor stay.

Absolutely disgusting. The water didn’t work, A/C didn’t work. The toilet seat was sitting on the kitchen sink. The bed had stains in it. This hotel was so horrible. Stay away at all cause!!!

The room and hotel was outdated but very drity. Stains on the walls and floors, the smoke detector wasn't connected, wires hung from the wall. Mold in the bathroom. I left the property upon viewing the room. Lost my money but a lesson learned

Property is tucked in the mountains. Each treehouse, or glamping, they are spaced far apart for privacy. Each includes a hot tub. Online check in and check out. 4 miles from Hot Springs, and lots to do and see.
