My first issue was with the airport shuttle. I called ahead of time to let them know i was coming and when I arrived at the airport. I waited where they told me to wait for 25 minutes, I saw the shuttle go into the parking lot instead of coming to the shuttle lane and leave. I waited another 30 minutes for him to return to pick me up. He clearly didnt know where he was supposed to go. Once we got to our room, my mom noticed a bed bug on the pillow. Instead of apologizing and offering us some kind of compensation for clearly not checking their rooms, they moved us to a different room which was helpful, but if youre in customer service you should at least be apologizing for such a big inconvenience. The lady at the front desk was really nice, that was probably the only good part about it.

The staff is amazing! They were always available with great attitudes. (So pleasant when you are traveling.) Hotel management went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would totally stay here again 10/10

The rooms were clean, the elevator to get to the room on the second floor ;didn't work and the front desk clerk was not helpful. It take me roughly 15 minutes trying to find the room i was assigned and even when a worker try to assist he couldn't he could not get to it as well. I had to asked to assigned a next room

When I checked in I was placed to go to 2022 and when I arrived at my room there were clothes in the closet, toiletries on the dresser and an open suit case. I was switched to another room after having to carry all my belongings back down. It appears someone has moved this person to that room and failed to place info in computer. This is very unsafe. Especially for a woman that was traveling alone. No one knows what could have happens but I do know the scenario could have gone many other ways b

Not a bad stay as the property was clean and the area was safe and quiet. I do believe that they could benefit from updating the amenities. The rooms do not have microwaves, but does have a refrigerator so small that I believe I could have left with it in my suitcase. Very nice staff.
