Everything was fine. They only had one elevator and because it’s a historic building there’s a limit of the amount of people on the elevator that was extremely inconvenient.

It was a very nice hotel all staff was nice and we were very comfortable because it was big and very clean. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND HOT AND FRESH LY COOKED.The only minus WHICH IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT the area around the hotel was not great and it was very expensoive to park in the garage .I was surprised because it said free parking when i booked the hotel.ALL IN ALL WE ENJOYED OUR 2 DAY STAY THERE AND THEY EVEN LENT US THEIR WHEELCHAIR BECAUSE MY SISTER HAD A BROKEN LEG.

I had a great room with a vire of Canal St. Room was clean and comfortable. Brandy, Titus and Eli were super friendly and helpful and provided answers to any questions i had. Only negative was the elevator, but with proper planning i was able to avoid the check in and check out rush times and get on and off without much wait time.

The rooms were sufficient, I did not like where the bathroom was located, but that really can’t be changed. Lol The elevator situation is not good at all, definitely needs upgrading. Overall, it was an average stay, no major complaints, nothing to brag about.

Room was clean. The hotel over look Canal Street. Easy access to Burbon Street and plenty of shopping and eating options. Would definitely stay again.
