There are students living upstairs who understand that guests will be staying in the unit below them. We ask them to be courteous and abide by the New Haven quiet hours. There is a back stairwell that upstairs tenants use that can be heard when they use it. The back porch is for guest use, however, tenants upstairs may use it when guests are not occupying unit.
NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house, as indicated in the listing, should be honored at all times, day or night. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests exposing you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!
