Personal was not attentive at all. Elevator did not work, and I was given a room for disabled persons at the third floor. No help in moving in has been offered whatsoever, and on my complains there was only one answer: you may cancel your reservation. Hope, I shall not stay here anymore - ever.

I attempted to check in to the same room after renewing reservation. Continually claimed there was no reservation. I attempted to try and understand logistically the issue, as I’ve never encountered it before. Mark, front desk manager on 11/21/25, proceeded to complain about getting all these “types of people,” kicked his desk multiple times, and aggressively restated there was no reservation while aggressively shaking his tablet towards me. I’m familiar with this location having temperamental front desk staff, but this was just a tad excessive.

The good: the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was not loud. The bad: elevator was broken. Bathroom door handle was hanging off the door. Ceiling tiles in the room were cracked or missing. Tumbleweeds of hair on the bathroom floor. Tub floor was pretty stained. Towel rack above the toilet was wobbly and missing rungs so we returned after dinner to all the towels having fallen into the toilet, which was a nice touch. We weren’t stepping foot in that tub shower anyway. Lots of cigarette smoking in rooms or halls because the hallways and stairwell smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. That’s tough when you have to haul your bags up three flights. Staff was ok - mostly disinterested, but at least not rude. If this place was $69, I’d look past the cleanliness for a one-night stay, but at $165 the place was much too dirty to be acceptable. First time in a Motel 6 and it was not a good first impression.

Sink looked like it was gonna fall off the wall at any time, no plug for bathtub, everything smells of smoke and drugs, foyer was full of clothes and trash, when we checked in, elevator was broke and we were on 2nd floor, dog kept barking in next room, u could hear everything outside and in hallway, will not be staying here again!!
