The two-story Main Cabin features a country kitchen with a gas stove, a comfortable living and dining area with a fireplace and potbelly stove, as well as a bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. The second floor has a California king bed and panoramic views of the ranch. Downstairs, a large family room and adjoining music room are complete with a comfortable sofa, chairs, bookshelves, a game table, and upright piano, surround sound stereo and a flat screen television. Additionally, there is one twin bed and patio access to the outdoor fire pit and gas grill. Natural light fills the house and highlights Kelly's collection of art, books, photography, and music.
Adjacent to the Main Cabin is the historic Tolstoy Cabin with a queen bed. Close by is the Water House with a full bed, a spa-like shower, and claw foot tub, laundry, and bathroom. Next door, is the Love Shack with a queen bed. A short walk away is the Bunkhouse with a queen bed, three twins, a full kitchen, and bathroom. Down by the creek is the Sauna Cabin with a full bed, a unique wood-burning sauna, wrap around decks and the famed cold plunge pond.
The ranch is ideally located within 60 miles of the Aspen and Vail airports, 70 miles from Grand Junction airport and 180 miles from Denver airport and 25 miles from Rifle airport.
