The lower level has a guest bedroom with another fireplace, plus a full bath with a stone tile shower, a game room for relaxing and entertainment (includes foosball and card tables), and a posh theater-style screening room, perfect for viewing your favorite movies or TV shows.

Plus, you can enjoy the many activities afforded by being a stone’s throw from the region’s largest recreational harbor – including boat and other watercraft rentals, as well as fishing expeditions and day or evening cruises – and all sorts of woodland, lake and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
Contactless Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via text or email two days before your stay, provided all guest agreements are completed.
For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 3 dogs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring your dog.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
