Beautiful home with amazing views!
We had an amazing time here. 3 families got to chill and relax in the pool while taking in the beautiful hill country views. The Cozi staff was very helpful and responded immediately to all our requests!

Great place for a big group!
We rented this place for our family to gather for the eclipse! The kids had a blast in the pool, playing games on the lawn and catching toads after dark! The house manager, Martha made us feel totally welcome and helped us with all of our needs. It rained which made the separate entrances to the bedrooms a bit of a bummer but we survived! All in all it was a perfect place for our family to gather!

The house is incredible. It has the feel of a 5 star resort. The hot tub wasn't working but the owner compensated us for that.

50th Birthday Surprise
This is a Beautiful Property, both inside and out. We had 12 people here for 3 days. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, an amazing view, incredible pool and hot tub area. Home has several games, cornhole, tic tac toe jenga blocks that helped entertain. Each ccouple had own bathroom, which is very convenient. The refrigerator, freezer and ice machine were all commercial grade, providing all the space and ice we needed for the party. The only downside was that the hot tub wouldnt heat up the last night. We tried to contact Property management, who had been very helpful on our arrival and during our stay, but they were unable to be contacted. I would still highly recommend this Property if you are looking for a special corporate or family event.

The house and property are beautiful. The accommodations are excellent and really appreciated having a refrigerator in the guest rooms. The pool and hot tub are truly magnificent and offer an amazing view of the valley below. We had a couple of minor hiccups when we arrived but the property manager quickly resolved them. Thank you so much Martha!!! Overall this was a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Perfect weekend in New Braunfels
We stayed here for Memorial weekend with several teenage boys ranging from 11 to 16 years old. The kids and adults were blown away from the moment we set foot on the property. Martha, the owner, was kind enough to check in on us before we even arrived. The view from the pool and hot tub at sunset was jaw dropping. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and had plenty of room for all the groceries to feed the group. We made pizza in the pizza oven one night which was super fun and delicious. The bedroom units each had their own air conditioner unit which was perfect to keep each room cool. The bathrooms and bedrooms were all updated and in great condition. One day we went to Canyon Lake and another to Schliterbanh. I loved the specialty grocery store, Stahlman’s at Bear Creek, with fresh farmers’ market fruit and vegetables and the sandwich shop. Outside the store, we bought wonderful fresh barbecue ribs and brisket from for dinner along with fresh peaches and tomatoes. I can’t say enough about the property management teams and the owner Martha. So kind and gracious. We will be back again and again.

Wonderful!
This was beyond any VRBO we have ever stayed at. Most vacations by the end you are ready to be home but with this house we were inclined to never leave! And the photos are beautiful but still do not do it justice. You have to see it in person to experience it! We will definitely be returning again.

Overall a very beautiful property. That ice machine by the pool was off-line. The pizza oven did not have directions and the oven in the kitchen smelt like gas. All that aside, I think if there were instructions for the pizza oven and a heads up that the smell of gas was normal. I think the experience would’ve been much better and we wouldn’t have hard to bother Martha. Martha was fabulous and extremely attentive she made the experience so much better.

Awesome getaway
We rented the property for my birthday to have plenty of room for my family of 24. The common living room area was great opening up to the small deck with the custom built grilling area with pizza oven. They all had fun making pizza and seemed to eat more because of getting to cook them! There is a built in ice chest for easy access to drinks outside, with sink, trash cans and prepping area built in also. The variety of outdoor space even in the month of October was perfect because of the screened in porch area with fire pit coffee table overlooking the pool. This time of year of course the pool was cold but the custom built hot tub is large enough to hold 10-12 people. There are pool towels available! A surprise was the bedrooms have outside entrances which is good but needs to be considered if you have children staying with you. My husband and I were the only ones to stay the night but if we had children stay we would have put adults in each area due to 3 bedrooms separated from the other 2 bedrooms with outside access. There is a small front indoor/outdoor fireplace room that seemed to be a gathering spot. There is plenty of parking and the overall experience with the VIEW from the back is amazing! We will be back...they have taken a lot of care and thought into making this property special for their guests!

A true getaway — felt disconnected
The views, the privacy, the peacefulness at night made this a perfect getaway for my family. The gourmet kitchens made me want to cook. Canyon Lake was also great — must rent a pontoon boat and do a day trip. Will highly recommend this home and vacation.

Mom and Dad's 70th B-Day with Friends and Family
The accommodations were absolutely perfect. The views are spectacular! We spent a lot of time in the pool which was invigorating because the water was not a hot bath like most other pools in Texas this time of year. The kitchen was perfect for those of us who did the cooking. Martha the property manager was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Can't recommend this place enough! You won't be disappointed.

Go. Just go. The pictures do not do Lariat Springs justice and I promise you will not regret it. The views, the pool, the luxury and thoughtful details that abound are truly remarkable. Just go.
