"Charlie's by the Bay" downtown two bedroom, located upstairs.

Charlie's by the Bay is located on the 2nd floor. It's beautifully decorated with all modern amenities. There are two nice-sized bedrooms, each with a smart TV, standard cable, and streaming. The new queen mattress has room-darken curtains for sleeping in, large closets, small dressers, and two nightstands with lamps.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, an air fryer, an electric stove, griddle pots, pans, an air fryer, a toaster, large pots, baking pans, and a mixer.

The living room has a spacious L-shaped couch to kick back and relax on a 55" smart TV with standard cable.

There is a sit or stand work table if you have a business to conduct while visiting.
There is a Bluetooth speaker, beach towels, coolers, and a wagon to head down to the beach for the day to make your stay more enjoyable.

*Charlie's dog policy: There is a 200.00 nonrefundable pet fee for a maximum of one dog under 30 lbs. You must provide the breed and weight. There are no bully breeds.

At all of Charlie's locations, we offer complimentary;
coffee, spices, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, some basic cooking supplies, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, oil, sugar and storage bags,

General supplies: laundry detergent, downy, bleach, and fabric softeners. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels.

Entertaining: cards, games, a small Bluetooth speaker, and cords for multiple phones to charge.

Children: Some kids' video games, coloring books, and crayons. Portable crib, portable high chairs, and kids' utensils.

When guests leave nonperishable unopened items, we add them to the pantry for another guest to use.

The outside courtyard offers a nice pavilion with a lounge area where you can relax, read a book, or chill with your favorite beverage by the propane firepit. We offer two loungers, an eating area, and a grill. Grill utensils are provided in your unit. There is also outside electricity if needed.
Adult bicycles and outdoor games for all ages are in the shed. Please put everything back the way you found it.
