The room and hotel were very nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The young girl Beyza in reception in particular was extremely helpful. She arranged for the Green Tour that we took as well as transport to the airport. She let us have late check out on our last day. Her ability to speak and understand English was very good. The hotel was walkable from the main area of the town. The breakfast was a little different than we are used to but it was interesting and we found enough to eat. If you wanted you could listen to music at night. A great view of the balloons first thing in the morning. Unfortunately we had rain the last morning so no balloons. There were lots of restaurants available to eat at. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay here in such a unique property. Beyza who manages the front desk was amazing— so friendly, and helpful helping to get me booked on a few different tours the hotel offers which were all great. The rooftop bar is fantastic, great views of Göreme. Highly recommend this property, I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Service

The staff is very helpful. They are very friendly and go to the effort to be informative of events and attractions in the area. They were prompt to help send our laundry out for cleaning and set up camel rides, airport shuttle and area tours.

Nice hotel

It is a small and cosy hotel. Unique experience of being a cave hotel. Castle cave hotel has a nice view of the morning balloons. Close from the main street for food and souvenir.

Fantastic stay

This hotel was amazing and the people who run it are some of the most helpful and friendly. You won’t regret staying here. We could practically touch the hot air balloons from the terrace.

This is a gorgeous hotel close to the main center. My room was excellent with a balcony (with a little nook!) and jacuzzi. The views were stunning and room comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I would go back and recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Castle Cave hotel! We felt very welcomed as soon as we walked in. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. Although we did not get to see the balloons due to the weather, staying at Castle Cave, spending time in our authentic cave room, and exploring Goreme was more than enough. The location was very convenient as well, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops close by. We recommend Castle Cave hotel so book without hesitation!

There's a dog moving around the hotel area. If you sit on the sofa there'll be fur or hair stuck on your clothes. And the breakfast was nothing much. The bread slices were mouldy. The scrambled eggs were gone too soon, but no top ups. I saw 9.6 rating. I won't give anything more than 7.

One of a Kind Experience

Where do I even begin? We arrived before sunrise since we took the bus from Denizli. They allowed us to deposit our suitcases while our would-be room was still occupied. This gave use a chance to explore Goreme in the early hours of the morning. Entering our suite was very otherworldly. The beds were comfortable and for a family of 4, very spacious. The views from the roof top was breathtaking! I’ve seen the skylines of major cities and I loved this peaceful view. The staff was very attentive and refreshed our room everyday. They know the owner of the car rental place, they recommended our hamam (which I’m very happy we did in Cappadocia than in Istanbul), they also arranged our airport transfer. If you’re traveling with family, especially with a toddler, you’ll appreciate the simple gestures like this. Don’t even get me started with their breakfast! Imagine a traditional Turkish breakfast served with a smile overlooking a snow-covered Goreme. Definitely a one-of-a kind experience.
