Semi-detached house in a small private urbanisation.
Cosy house on two levels with south orientation.
On the ground floor there is an independent and complete kitchen, a toilet, dining room with lounge and access to a large terrace overlooking a communal garden.
On the first floor, we have a bedroom with two single beds and next to it a bathroom with shower. And the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with sea views.
The urbanisation is surrounded by gardens and has a communal swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 01/01 to 31/12.
Street with easy parking, being wide and with low traffic.
It is a quiet area, being only 8 minutes by car to get to the centre, walking it takes 20 minutes. There is a local bus stop, just at the entrance of the street.
The nearest beach is Burriana, which is the most commercial and visited beach, with numerous beach bars, bars, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and all kinds of water activities. It takes 5 minutes to drive down.
The village of Maro is 3 kilometres away, where we have the famous Nerja Caves and several beaches of natural park.
Winter rental available with a minimum stay of 2 months, ask us for price, electricity is charged according to consumption per month.
