This 1960’s cottage has been lovingly restored in a Modern Farmhouse style. We purchased this house from the Carter family who built it to watch their family grow. We are so thankful to have to opportunity to honor this amazing family by naming this precious cottage after them. We ALL Welcome you to "Carter's Cottage". We know your family will enjoy staying here as much as we have all enjoyed spending time there.
Just a few details you will want to know. The entire kitchen, living room, and dining room is all open so everyone can be in one place. Plenty of space to meal prep, cook and hangout inside or outside. Everything is on one main level, so no stair inside the home and you only have a few steps to get in from the outside. The laundry room contains hooks to hang your belongings, a bench and bins to remove your shoes and stay awhile as well as a high capacity washer and dryer and plenty of space to place bulky items. The Cottage includes three smart TV’s, Nintendo Gaming Console, DVD player, board games, and Outside games like Corn hole and Yard Pong. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and Black out Curtains. The Kitchen is fully stocked with your basic cooking needs, a Keurig and 12 cup drip coffee maker (with filters), stainless steel appliances, all with a Modern Farmhouse feel. Complimentary wifi, toiletries, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and central heating and air conditioning.
Outside, is peaceful and quiet. Sit on the covered Country Farmhouse Front Porch and take in the views of the mountains with your cup of coffee. Or gather around the private Outdoor Fireplace sip wine and take in the fresh air. We are stocked up with Firewood and outdoor games so you can entertain for hours outside. There is a large parking area for three cars.
