You will enter the home through the main entry door located to the right of the garage. This home features a smart lock and an individual door code will be sent to you one to two days before your check-in date. This code will be active during your entire stay

***Important Putting Green Note*** If guest is found to not adhere to the posted rules of the putting green, you will be responsible for the cost of any damage. ***Guests are responsible to bring their own golf balls and putters

No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit tenant will be charged $200.
