Studio Rooms are individually decorated and feature a fully equipped kitchen. This room is equipped with shower or bathtub and has a balcony overlooking hotel garden. Studios with ocean view are also available upon request. Each room is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with international TV channels, cozy king size bed or two double beds.Set on a tranquil, white sand 7 Mile Beach in negril along the Caribbean Sea, the property is nestled on the beach and features a large private beach area with shaded trees. Featuring balconies, the bright refined rooms are air conditioned with cable TVs, hotel rooms has no kitchen but studios and 2 bedroom 2 bath suites full kitchens. Suites add living areas with sofas. Upgraded rooms offer ocean views and/or a step on the beach from your terrace.

We offer condo apartments with kitchen for self-catering, studios, one and two bedrooms, Also a hotel room No kitchen. A very laid-back informal setting surrounded by gardens. I liked that this property is low key. You are on your own unless you need something. No one tries to push anything on you such as additional services or tours, nothing. That’s refreshing. It needs a little updating but the rates are perfect for what you get. It’s safe, calm, clean and comfortable. The beach is awesome. The water is amazing.
