夕食のバイキングも行列になることもなく、ゆったりと食事できました。なにより、オールインクルーシブなので、追加費用がほとんどなく、安心して利用できます。隣りの部屋の音は全く聞こえず、快適に過ごせました

建物はお洒落かつ清潔で、スタッフさんの対応は終始素晴らしかったです。 ご飯もとても美味しく、また是非行きたいです。お世話になりました。 星一つマイナスは、タイミングが悪かったのかビールが到着時と風呂上がりの2回空っぽで飲めなかった事でした。他は最高です。

スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、ホテルの清潔感、サービスもとても良かったと思います。しいて言うならば、スタッフの言葉使いが気になったという点はありました。お客重視での話し方であると思いますが、丁寧な感じはそのままで良いのですが、語尾に付くお友達感覚はなくした方がもっと良い接客にあると思います。あくまでも個人的な主観です。

ホテルは清潔で品があり、食事も大変美味しく(個人的には今まで経験したブュッフェで上位)、提供されるアルコール類も豊富。 あれもこれも飲んで食べたいけれどお腹の許容量に残念な思いとなった。 インクルーシブの通り、ホテル内でアルコールやその他飲み物類を自由にいただく事ができ、簡単なつまみが準備されていた。 温泉を出てすぐのところにも同様にアルコールや飲みもの、アイス等が準備されている。遠赤外線サウナ、高品質のマッサージ機があり、カラオケ、卓球等で楽しんだ。ライブラリーには魅力的な本が置かれ、至るところでゆっくり過ごせるようになっている。外に出るより中で自由に過ごしていたい気持ちにさせられた。 スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが素晴らしく大変満たされた2日間を過ごさせていただいた。
