The parking is not so good. You can park for free during the day...but vale parking is 55.00/day. I think its too expensive compared to other equal star rated hotels. Other than that...its a great hotel. Its the Virgin quality youd expect.

Loved the hotel property. Room was fantastic. The only downside is the pool. Incredibly overcrowded with people that I think use a day pass? Not usable by people staying there. Too bad it was a very hot 4 days in August. There is a terrace off the pool that we used but weirdly there is no service. You have to go to the bar to get food (once it’s ready from kitchen) and drinks as well.

The maids came 3 times in one hour asking if I was still in the room. Check out was not for another 90 min. The tv worked room service, etc, but my tv didn't work. There were no explanations how to use anything. The dining menu was on the tv but mine didn't work. Expedia put me in an ADA room so the toilet and the shower shared the same floor. That was strange for me. My feet were wet every time I went to the restroom. Coffee cups to use but were full of sweeteners and no soap to clean the coffee cups. I can go on and on. I will not ever stay there again. I will tell my friends and family the same. It was pet friendly and I was told the dog would get a little bag and bandana upon check in but that didn't happen either. Surprise surprise.

Had a great experience with Seth at check in and every time we saw him. Amenities charges were never explained at check in, just incidentals. We even tried going to the pool on Saturday and were told to come back after 6pm. Unfortunate to not get but one day used and be charged for all days. Shower black tile is unsafe, my wife took a fall as it’s very slippery and injured herself.

First time at Virgin hotels. I would definitely go back. It is clean, comfortable rooms, the staff is very friendly the doorman are really friendly and welcoming; two in particular stood out (Nashville) think it’s Dustin (he’s a snappy dresser) and Elijah, super nice people. The coffee at the shop in the lobby is delicious!

I specifically stated at this hotel because it had a pool area, but the pool is very small and was crowded even during a weekday mid afternoon. Food service at the pool, however, was timely and better than many I’ve been at even at large resorts. Nashville is a large city, and seeing many parts of it requires a car. Charging $55 for parking is excessive. The other frustration was the coffee bar closing early on a day when we’d intentionally scheduled our time around the stayed 4 pm closing time. The pool area is very small and tight, and finding chairs was difficult.

A very trendy hotel! Everyone was very lovely and helpful. The rooms aren’t fully sound proof…so if you’re near the lifts like we were it’s a little loud.

From the moment we got out of our Uber we were treated like we were special. Our bags were collected and we were assisted with relaxing and getting our breakfast in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was luckily ready earlier than the regular time. Everything was so easy because the staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was really good and the staff were equally helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Anytime we requested something it was taken care of in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nashville. There are also many walkable restaurants in the area. You can also get the trolley near by for sight seeing. I cannot say enough about this hotel as we were treated so well as soon as we got there. So sorry we had to leave but we had to go back home. Make this your home away from home when visiting Nashville.
