The hotel was beautiful and very welcoming upon entering, along with the employees. The accommodations were great and the rooftop pool was a great bonus. The downfall I’d say about the hotel is that everything is extremely overpriced and there are a lot of hidden costs that you aren’t made aware of beforehand so be sure to bring extra money.

The staff was amazing. Chad at Commons Club bar and the servers at the restaurant were great. The food was all really tasty and great prices. The room (King Chamber) was great. Only dislike of the hotel is the shower, its really uncomfortable and not well thought out.

We couldnt figure out the rain bath shower until the last day so we ended up using the hand shower throughout our stay. But overall room was clean and the beds and comforters felt amazing ! Overall hotel was beautiful!

I loved the property, I just wish they had more amenities and offered a shuttle service. Expedia doesn't tell you that the hotel is charging you a daily fee if $35 tax for amenities every day. It was raining every day so the we did not get to use the pool, and there was no hit tub which was a HUGE disappointment. Be upfront about charges, I won't go back here again because of that, very sneaky.

I’ma platinum member with Expedia so upon check in they acknowledged that and automatically upgraded my rooms. The pool area on the roof top was really nice and had a great view. The staff were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
