Urban farm on 10 acres 15 minutes to downtown Nashville

The White House @1600 is an urban farm just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. We have included playing cards, dominos, several board games as well as an XBOX with KINNECT and WII. No need to worry about coffee as we keep a good stock of K-cups on hand as well as cream, sugar and honey. We also invite you to enjoy the welcome basket of treats and want you to feel free to help yourself to any of the items in the fridge and cabinets (usually there will be some fresh eggs from our chickens). Our guests are able to access free WiFi as well as Dish Network services. The property is 10 beautiful acres and we hope you have time to get outside and explore our piece of paradise. Ask us about using the land as a private event space as well. This house has been completely remodeled and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed creating it.

Perfect Oasis after the city!
This was the perfect getaway for our weekend girl's trip. Me and my daughters (7 and 10) enjoyed a peaceful getaway after the business of the city. Hosts were very kind and accommodating and everything was clean and cozy. It's close enough to the city that you can get there easily, but far enough that you feel like you're getting away. Would definitely recommend!

Hard to find a place to stay in Nashville where you can park a 26 foot moving truck and be away from the homeless. This location was perfect. The owners let me park in the driveway and drop a trailer i was towing behind my truck. Quick drive to the stadium and we were on broadway. stadium

Excellent property in amazing situation. Perfect for peaceful breaks between musical visits to Nashville. Nothing was too much trouble for hosts. Beautiful Gem outside of Nashville!
Our family of 5 loved this beautiful place! Such a cute place on a farmstead and acres of land. Our girls loved the ducks, chickens, cows and more! Myself and a business associate were in area to conduct training to local police. We enjoyed our stay which was more relaxing and affordable than the hectic hotel scene. The farmhouse with animals nearby made us feel at home. The squirrels in the yard were a hoot to watch.

A beautiful clean house. We enjoyed the farm animals and wild turkeys. Though not ideal for 5 large adults, the sleeping accomodations would be perfect for a couple with kids (1 comfortable queen bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 couches). Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The house lived up to the former reviews, providing all that we needed for a pleasant stay outside of the busy city of Nashville. Our host gave us very helpful tips about downtown parking and nice local spots. We enjoyed seeing the farm animals. We will certainly try to stay on this great farm if we are able to visit Nashville again.

Nashville Getaway
Came to town with the guys for a quick weekend to hit Broadway, see the sights and see the Wild play the Preds. Property was clean and inviting, easy to Uber or Lyft to or from. Decent distance from all of our destinations and the property owners were fantastic! Can’t say enough about Janice and David! Just a phone call away and very accommodating! We will be back again!
