It is important for guests to note the follow:
*This is a mother-in-law-suite attached to a single family home.
*Guests have their own space, except for a shared hallway that leads to the unit.
*There is a cat at the property that will get into the main house through the shared hallway.
*The suite has a kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, hot plate, and toaster oven to do some basic cooking.
Guests have full access to their suite, it is a private unit that only shares a hallway to the unit. The family that lives upstairs is very quiet and only has adult children.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
Pet: Pets are NOT allowed at this property. If there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
