Don’t stay here! I have stayed at a Marriott and paid $800 a night but I had the option of self parking or valet. This hotel does not offer self parking and there is no parking unless you want to pay them $45 to park your car. I had to walk four blocks to park my car. Extremely inconvenient and the staff was rude. Housekeeper blaring music. Dirty room. May as well have been a motel 6.

The front desk staff was incredibly rude. We waited ten minutes to have a question answered because the staff was busy discussing a show they watched and could not be bothered to notice us. Could not request anything needed unless it was before 10am. So no extra towel or shampoo since our room was missing it to begin with. The breakfast was ok… bagels and oatmeal. They would not refill the water jug when asked. Also… no key card entry required after hours. Anyone could walk in and take the elevator up to any floor at any hour of the day. Did not feel very safe at all.

Great stay perfect for what we were looking for! I thought the parking fee over night was ridiculous considering downtown on broadway there were multiple places for $30 a day and then a lot right across the street from the hotel for $28.00. I had found that out after already doing the valet through the hotel. Also the valet workers were not around nor present when needing the vehicle pulled around it took 25 mins for my family to have our car pulled around Sunday morning. Besides the parking the hotel was clean and safe, off the main strip far enough but not to far. Cheap Ubers to and from. Was better than expected for a last minute trip!

Good experience overall. Would have appreciated notice regarding $42+ for Conceirge parking which does allow for multiple use with. 24hr period and we're good at their service. Street options not so favorable...a lot of construction & not really a nightime walking area. Room was clean & comfy, well stocked and had room service options by delivery service. Good AC! Check in /Receptionist was friendly & good natured - was kept busy by himself so wait times can be challenging. Early am construction noise noted..

Check in was awful - there was only one person in the check in desk and when it was finally our turn (3:30 pm) the room wasn't ready although the policy is 3pm We got the room at 4.15pm (!!!) Room had broken toilet Cracks and mold in the shower and the AC unit wasn't functioning properly The only bright spot was the Valet attendant , Devin, who operated effectively and with courtesy This hotel should charge 59 a night and not 200 - total junk and it should be 1 start at best

Great staff! But the condition of the beds are horrible. The plumbing in the bathroom is horrible. And they charge for EVERYTHING. And the fact that you have no choice but pay for valet to park, needs to be specified. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known.

Comvenient location. Parking valet ,at $42 per day was a little steep. Opted for lot across street for $28. Great restaurants within walking distance. Las Palmas and Amerigo were both great.

Hayes Street Hotel, was very clean. All Staff was Very Helpful, Polite, and Friendly! The only surprise was the valet parking! Valet Staff was Very Helpful, Friendly and Kind! I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends who have to travel to see Specialist at or by TriCenntenial Hospital, in Nashville, Tennessee!

Arrived after 3 and there were people waiting all over the lobby for their rooms to be fully cleaned. Only one check-in clerk and 3 people in line. Parking off-site is cheaper than valet they offer. Breakfast was not replenished so no plates and few juice containers with any juice to pour. Room was clean and spacious.
