The room was very spacious and the access to the building was amazing. We were able to park close to an alternate entrance and have access to our room quickly. The room temperature was a bit cold so we had to turn the heater up to 78 degrees. Other than that, our room was cleaned daily, clean towels were provided everyday. Loved it!

Great hotel with a perfect location

Valet parking makes coming and going easy. Room was very nice and clean. Nice quiet place to stay with a convenient location close to the airport and within a very short drive or uber to downtown or Opry Mills mall.

Valet parking was worth it. We had a small hiccup when checking in, but the hotel staff took care of us. The room was very nice and clean. All staff members that we encountered were very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Me and my two sisters stayed here for 5 nights. All staff we encountered were kind and helpful. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are clean, nice and cold! Beds were very comfortable. Our only complaints about our stay are housekeeping. It was consistently a little sloppy and rushed. Also, the service is absolutely terrible. (For ATT peeps atleast). I even paid extra for higher speed internet. With or without WiFi, it was awful. Otherwise, we had a great stay! Notably quiet environment too. Would recommend friends and family to this hotel.
