Private, Quiet, Cottage Retreat 10 minutes to downtown Nashville

Close enough to everything but also far enough away to provide a restful retreat. 3 room cottage has a private bedroom as well as a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Neighborhood is close to airport but only 7 miles from downtown. We are in a safe, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything wonderful Nashville has to offer. Pets are most welcome with a $50 nonrefundable per pet fee. Smoking is 100% not permitted inside the cottage.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. We had a great stay in Nashville for our granddaughter’s wedding. The cottage was everything the listing said it would be be, comfortable, clean and quiet. I read something about the airport being nearby, but the planes did not bother us or keep us awake. We would definitely recommend this cute little cottage.

We really enjoyed our five-day stay at the cottage. The location was great for our purposes: the Parthenon and a three-day conference at Opreyland. Dave was accessible and helpful. For instance, when we told him that the coffee maker was broken, he made sure we had a new one the next day.

Fantastic Stay!
Property was clean and exactly as described. For what we needed, a few days stay with just us and the dogs, it was perfect! Do take note that there is not a formal kitchen or kitchen sink (there is a sink in the bathroom), which could be problematic for a longer stay. However, David is very forthcoming about this in the property listing and details - so no surprises. Overall, very happy stay in a very nice neighborhood!

Quaint Place!
We loved staying at the cute little cottage. It seems like a typically quiet neighborhood, that is why we picked it. Everything was great, clean and neat. The one and ONLY draw back was the dogs barking. Not sure if the person in front of the cottage has a doggie daycare but it was pretty noisy with constant barking. We just turned the fans on high to block the noise, and slept just fine. We would stay again regardless.
