Enjoy beautiful views from this cozy retreat 10 minutes from everything (the airport, downtown, Opryland). Our home is nestled on one wooded acre in a quiet neighborhood, while being close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer, so you'll be able to conveniently explore downtown Nashville, while also being close to nature.

This 1100 sqft. apartment includes a double suite with two semi-private bedrooms separated by a walkthrough. It is located on the first floor of our house, while we live on the second floor. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with as many conveniences of home as we could think of.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Great Stay
We enjoyed our time in Nashville and this basement apartment. The apartment is a little cool in the summer, but they do provide heaters if needed. The driveway is a little steep and a little hill from the vehicle to the door of the apartment. We were very comfortable here, the beds slept great, the kitchen was adequate, great hot water...very enjoyable!

Very short drive from the downtown Nashville area
During our stay, we went on a grand old operator tour and finished our night with a tractor party wagon ride through the bar district in Nashville. Afterwords it was nice to know we only had an eight minute drive back to our Vrbo. Thanks for hosting us.

Exactly as described!
Our stay was wonderful! Our hosts had thought of everything. The directions were clear, the communication was great and the property was exactly as it was pictured and described! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and we all commented on how nice it was, and how convenient it was to get to downtown from there. It was about a 10-minute drive. And it was an easy drive. We would stay here again!

Fantastic
We loved our time there. It was quiet. The only suggestion I would make is fix the dip in the driveway to the visitor parking. The drop off is steep for a car. I thought I broke something on my car the first time I parked. Luckily I was experienced enough to back up the driveway and into the visitor spot past the dip. Other than that the place was fantastic.

PERFECT Escape

Our stay was nice I’ love Nashville the home was nice the yard could use a little work for first impression the sidewalk and the driveway they were not the best there on a hill the sidewalk to the door was kind of slanted and we’re all closer to 60 than any other age so it’s a little rough to walk on in care of your stuff in but it was a very nice home. Very clean and quick response from owner when I messaged them.

This property is close to downtown but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. The apartment was cozy and appeared to have been remodeled fairly recently. The bathroom was oddly left untouched so it’s outdated, but was clean. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The owners were very informative on communicating to us as well.

Our trip did not go quite as planned since we planned to be in Nashville for the long weekend for my daughters gymnastics meet and we got completely snowed and iced in. So we ended up being in Nashville for 5 days for no reason BUT Shannah was a gracious host and was always responsive. We were able to extend our stay and even it was obvious we couldn’t get out on the road Shannah let us stay for free and offered food if we needed it. Overall the trip did not go as planned but our hosts made it very easy and we enjoyed their cute little guest space. Thank you!

Had a great time on a 4 day weekend in Nashville. The house was very nice and accommodated 6 adults comfortably. It was very clean and everything we needed was available. Although in a neighborhood, it is very secluded by foliage. We spent a lot of our time downtown and travelled by Uber for the most part (good city for that). Although we didn't need anything, the owner was accessible and communicated well. Only down side is the super steep driveway which will increase your heart rate. Thanks a lot, really enjoyed our stay

Good and fast communication with the owners, who we found a bit reserved. Great apartment to stay for a few days to discover the city. Too bad you don't have a view outside from the apartment. Nice beds.
