Great location
This was a. nice half house. We hardly heard the group renting the other half. The location was perfect for visiting our daughter and getting to downtown Nashville. Everything was great. Would recommend to a friend and would stay again.

Easy property to Uber in and out of downtown Nashville. Quiet, inexpensive neighborhood to stay in. Property was clean and as advertised. Would consider staying here again.

Inside was great
We arrived in the evening when it was fairly dark and the property was poorly lit and didn’t have any sort of markings to indicate we were at the right location. Once inside it was exactly as the pictures online. Very clean and spacious. Would just suggest better outside lighting and maybe a sign with the address on the gate somewhere. Overall, great place.

When I booked this it said it was a house. It is a house with two units.There is no sound barrier between the two units. We could hear everything in the other unit. They were very loud all hours of the night. Could hear them showering and going to the bathroom. Very clean inside. Yard needs a lot of attention.
