It’s a fully stocked apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or order in. We had our coffee in the morning and sat out on the patio. The staff was kind and efficient. The Hotel was a pleasant surprise because you never really know from just pictures. We will definitely be returning with the family.

Motif is a not a hotel, you should know before booking. It's like renting an apartment, they will not provide you hotel services. The staff are not trained as of hotel qualified customer service, also rude at some point which will make your stay uncomfortable. The property is clean and the location is good.

Pool was beautiful, staff was friendly, the RAD coffee being sold in the lobby was amazing, the woman who owned the coffee cart was so nice. I miss the coffee the most :) As for the room itself, it was amazing, nice amenities however the couch and bed were very hard.

Very happy with our stay. Walkable to restaurants in Midtown. A little bit longer walk to downtown, but doable or a short uber ride. Our room was clean and spacious. Loved that it had a steamer instead of an iron. We will definitely stay again.

I was disappointed or room was never cleaned during our 8 day stay. There were days we had our do not disturb sign on the door, but the 4 days we didn't the room was never cleaned.

Nice property but needs to change out all towels.

Room was nice and big however a few of the towels had hair on them and the shower and toilet also had long hair on it. I wiped it down myself. Bedding was clean.
