Like: responsive helpful staff. Quiet neighborhood with dining options within easy walking distance. dislike: dark blue carpet, noisy HVAC, Vallet parking more expensive than daily rental fee, no daily housekeeping unless text and request?

We liked how clean the property was. Washer and dryer were a bonus. We liked the texting/communication ability with the staff. The lobby smells lovely. We did not like that there were only two plates, two forks, two spoons etc……. It made it difficult to cook.

Staff was attentive and offered alternatives when the washer in our room would not work properly. The room was clean and (the many!) towels were extra absorbent. The balcony was nice, however the view is not particularly exciting. Still, it was nice to be able to enjoy a little outside air in the mornings. There is a little enclosed dog run outside, which is a great option for midnight breaks with your pet. Another major bonus is the rooftop pool setting. There are ample seating options, including retro lounge chairs, reclining loungers, cozy bench seating, and bistro-style tables. We could have spent all day at the pool! There is valet, but also plenty of free street parking, which we could see from our window. It would have been nice to have an on-site restaurant, but since there are so many places within walking distance it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again!

Incredible all suite hotel with washer/dryer in room. Convenient, walkable location on the quieter side of town (don’t stay here if you want to at the heavy bar scene). Can walk to Hattie-B’s and lots of other bars and restaurants. There are several free (and what seemed safe) street parking options around to avoid valet parking. Would stay here again.

This is the place to stay if you're looking for a nice reasonable hotel on Music Row. Especially great if you have a group of 4, since many of the units accommodate 4 people with a full kitchen. It's within walkable distance from many of the restaurants and ventures which is great since parking is always an issue. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay and I would stay here again on my next trip to Nashville.

I found this property to be fantastic. Having the suite was perfect for us. It was clean and everything we needed was there in the room. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel is just a short ride away from all the action in Broadway. Would def stay here again.
