Super clean apartment with everything you need. Perfect location to walk downtown to all the energy
Fabulous view overlooking the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium and lighted bridge. A recycle center can be seen and a little homeless camp but still a beautiful property setting. City View Apartments is a perfect name. Oh! And you can’t miss it with the smoke stack in front. SO cool!

Perfect in everyway
Location, communication, view and overall accommodations were excellent. I would suggest to have more linen for the kitchen and a couple of dark facecloths for those who wear makeup. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The roof top had amazing views. The terrace on the 2nd floor was very relaxing. Being able to be within walking distance to Broadway was a BIG plus. We would definitely return. Kirk was a phone call away and responds immediately.

Mixed review
The unit was spacious and updated, check in very smooth. There was a gnat problem in the unit and the stench from the trash chute in the hallway was overpowering on the Sunday evening/Monday morning of our stay. Would recommend staying on an upper floor in the building. Additionally there is a view of the bridge, off to the left, but the primary view is of a scrap metal yard tacross the river that is occasionally loud.

This space was not clean. There was dust everywhere; under chairs, beds, on ceiling fans. There were spider webs on the light fixtures and the floors were filthy, especially in the bathrooms and closets. One of the toilet handles wasn’t working properly (this must’ve been reported before our stay because we didn’t report it) and someone showed up mid day in the middle of our stay to fix it without any notice from the property manager. There were also so many gnats all the time, which made it feel even less clean.

Had everything we needed. Kitchen has all the utensils and fair assortment of pots and pans. Would have liked a listing of local grocery stores in the area as we DO cook. A few cobwebs in the higher places (light fixtures). Very comfortable beds. Nice views of the river. easy access from freeway. Walkable location to downtown. Parking garage was a nice bonus! Just FYI - a train runs very close and honks his horn often. We were not bothered by it.

We (2 couples) just stayed here for a weekend in Nashville. Great location, less than a mile to broadway. Unit was on a corner with a great view. Plenty of space, overall clean, very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only thoughts for improvement would be to replace the shower curtain in the one bathroom as it was stained and replace the towel bar in the shower with a bar that doesn’t rust as it was quite rusted. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

We traveled in on the 4th. Found we had an awesome spot to see the fireworks! That was a nice surprise. Place is just as the pictures show. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Overall great place. Will stay there again on my next Nash visit.

Overall a great place to stay. Entire property including the condo, the pool area and courtyard were all clean and well kept. Not much within a block or two for supplies/restaurants besides a liquor store and was too hot to venture further. Would stay again if returning to Nashville.

Wonderful Place to Stay for a Wedding Week in Nashville!
This Rolling Mill Hill VRBO was the perfect place for me, my husband, our younger son and his SO to stay while we were in Nashville the week of our older son's wedding. The unit was exactly as described/pictured on the VRBO website--a gorgeous corner unit, filled with light and beautiful furnishings with a wonderful view of the river (and a cute little balcony from which to enjoy it!). Rolling Hill Mill was a four-minute drive to the wedding venue (the Cordelle) and a short drive to the Gulch, where we had some other wedding events. Super convenient. Loved having access to a pool, the well-appointed workout room AND the rooftop terrace on the 6th floor! Fantastic views of the city and river! Great place to enjoy a take-out dinner and glass of wine. Plus, parking for two cars was a huge plus (we brought a lot of stuff with us for the wedding, and it was wonderful to be able to park, for free, in the secure garage. The condo was well appointed with glasses/plates/cups--we didn't do any cooking so didn't need to use any pots or pans. The check in process was smooth as well--we received super detailed instructions prior to our arrival and had no trouble following them. The construction scaffolding in front of the building does make finding the front door a bit tricky but we were informed about that before our arrival so knew what to expect. We LOVED our stay in this beautiful unit and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the river!
The property has an excellent location, just a few minute Uber from Broadway. It has a great few of the river and a partial view of downtown. The location is very unique, situated on a historic renovation of an old Hospital site. It has a unique mix of history and modern architecture. The furnishings are very nice and the apartment seems very well appointed and has a nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee on! We would happily book this location again! We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Great place!
