Comfortable, newer hotel not far from downtown. The hotel was clean and appeared to be very secure. The valet attendants were extremely nice, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you! They are simply the best! Unfortunately, there was no hot breakfast available on tge morning we were there, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, a great hotel that is worth it!!!

My wife and I went to Nashville to attend an event at the Ryman Auditorium, and we got a good deal at this hotel via Expedia. The location is perfect: about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Our room was spacious and clean, and staff members were friendly and helpful. A nice breakfast buffet was included. The only negative was that the WiFi was so slow as to be useless—we had to use our cell phones as hot spots. Also, there was traffic noise, but since the hotel is right next to I-65, that’s to be expected. We plan to stay here for future trips to Nashville.

My room was extremely warm. I turned the temp as low as possible but would not get any lower than 68° Both me and my sister were very uncomfortable all night. The cabinets to the fridge were broken, and i was worried it was going to give out each time i opened the fridge. This was my first experience at a la quinta and honestly wont be going out of my way to stay at any in the future.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately our room was facing the highway and was very loud. Next morning I went to reception and asked to switch rooms. I was promised to be able. Upon my return in the afternoon (3:30pm) I was refused and told they don't see any notification..I was offered the noise reduction machine, but it didn't help much. The same with late check out ( 12pm instead of 11am). Only for Windham members. All this left me feeling unwelcome.
