Everything was great from check in to checking out The entire staff at the Hyatt Place Nashville downtown was very professional about helping us out and other guests with any questions we had about Nashville along with they had itineraries of what things were taking place each day let alone the breakfast buffet they had was very delicious. Thank You Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown for a wonderful relaxing enjoyable vacation.

Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”.

Second stay. The room was clean. Walkable to Ryman and Bridgestone and Broadway. They honored my request for a higher room. You can still here noise on level 14 but it isn't horrible. Parking is a expensive but it is everywhere in Nashville. The breakfast is better than it is in many hotels. The front staff is nice but a little distracted. Would stay again.

I stayed at the Hyatt the weekend of 11/8–11/10, and from the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The front desk staff set the tone—our check-in experience was smooth, and the gentleman who assisted us was incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The complimentary waters were a perfect touch after a long trip! The hospitality continued throughout the entire weekend. The female bartender working Saturday night was amazing—warm, welcoming, and she made great drinks. I had to call down to the front desk a few times during my stay, and every single interaction was met with kindness and true willingness to help. Even one of the housekeepers went out of her way to bring me a fresh pillowcase with a smile. The cherry on top was the bellhop on our departure day. He insisted that we sit up front while he gathered our bags and ensured we were set for our trip back to the airport. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you, Hyatt, for a great weekend in Nashville! This location is perfect if you prefer not to drive or enjoy walking—everything you need is nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Have stayed here several times. Always clean and friendly. Great location. Disappointed that breakfast buffet is now not included and costs as much as one of the actual famous breakfast restaurants within a one minute walk from the hotel. That was a bad biz decision but otherwise it was a decent stay.
