Shower sprayed water everywhere but down where it should. Started to take a Luke warm shower after waiting for hot water to come out for 10 minutes. Then scalding hot water suddenly appears soon as you are all lathered up. Towel rack is IN the shower?!?! Ridiculous! The "my pillow" style pillows are awful and go completely flat as soon as you put your head on them. Staff should have warned of the EXCESSIVE noise with any room facing the front of the hotel. Extremely busy and loud street and interstate noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The stench of marijuana in hallway when getting off the elevator was overwhelming. The ONLY bright spot was the wonderful woman tending to the bar and food on the Friday night I was there.

All was fine but we stayed in an accessible room and the mirror is so small in the bathroom we had to bend over the entire time we were using it. Brushing teeth, drying hair, applying makeup. There’s no way someone in a wheelchair could get in front of the mirror with the stand that holds the hair dryer and bath mat where it is. It’s great that the stand is provided since there is no counter space, just not practical for a wheelchair user. If using the sink from the side you wouldn’t be able to see in the mirror at all. The mirror should cover the whole wall and be full height if you want it to serve everyone’s needs. Just providing helpful feedback. The front staff and breakfast staff were very warm and welcoming, everything worked in our room.

Brentwood Hyatt

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel grounds and interior could use some freshening up. Noticed several guests with large and multiple dogs staying there. Room was a bit dated .. and dark.. extremely tight bathroom door access. Bed was comfortable. Shower looked clean and worked well.. Closet was tiny and a bit difficult to access. No microwave in room . Front desk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we Had an issue with stink bugs on the room curtains.. probably gained access through the air conditioner. They are a seasonal pest and front desk promptly sent someone up to remove them. The hotel staff was apologetic and brought us a complimentary gift of bottled waters and snacks. Breakfast was decent.. liked the fresh fruit offering. The eggs were tasteless. Chose the hotel because of its low rate on hotels.com. Probably will not stay there again and will choose a newer property.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast had eggs, potatoes, meat, waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, peanut butter, cream cheese,salsa, yogurt, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, The bed was comfy. The location is safe and quiet. The shower and toilet room is a bit small. The room was clean. The sofa was large. I doubt anyone would want to sleep on the pull out mattress though. We have stayed here twice a couple years apart and would stay again.
