Not a bad hotel, but the Air conditioning did not work for one night. That was a pain since no ventilation. Slight mixup at Checkin and had to repeat again the next day, due to system error not continuing my reservation. No big deal. The free laundry is great. WiFi is good. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is decent Hilton style but ends earlier than I would prefer, but not a big deal.

Very easy check in and out, property is walkable to broadway but not too close that it’s noisy. Felt very safe. Staff and amenities were all very nice. My one complaint was that in room 323 the walls were paper thin. I could hear my neighbors easily (not yelling or partying) and I could especially hear the housekeeping staff rolling by loudly near my door. Again, they weren’t making noise it was just that easy to hear. I didn’t feel comfortable in my own room to Mak any noise for fear of my neighbors hearing.

We have travelled to Nashville several times and prefer to stay away from the strip. This is a decent value however, we were told that “the type of room that we booked was only available on the 1st floor”. This area on Church is not bad but, there are homeless around and we did have someone bang on our window (at street level) one morning.

Overall our stay was great, and I would definitely go back. The only problem we ran into was when we called the front desk (it was past midnight), because we realized extra pillows were missing for the pullout couch one of us was sleeping on. We called the front desk asking for pillows, but they said they couldn’t get them to us & offered a folded sheet instead. This seemed odd but we worked it out. Other than that, the hotel itself was clean, and we were checked in by Jacob who was amazing!

Highly Recommend! Awesome Breakfast
Enjoyed the hotel stay and trip overall. Stayed here 3 other times. Breakfast was excellent and David was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was his pictures that were hanging of family and friends were taken down. The pictures added a home time feeling. It was one of the reason we have stayed here several times.

The property is located only 2 blocks from broadway which was excellent. Easy access to everything and great dining options. There is a lot of construction going on near the hotel but it did not really bother us as all. The valet staff were great, but $59 a night to park is very steep (so be warned) The hotel itself is extremely well taken care of. The room was fantastic, clean and the bed was comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced though, they are very flat and would not plump up at all. Breakfast was AMAZING! Delicious and very well organized. Thank you for the great stay!

Staff members were incredible. From valeting your car to checking in, it was a breeze. And the location was incredibly close as well. Less than a mile to Broadway. One key note about the hotel is it smelled really good walking into the building. Very clean as well. The breakfast was great for curing a hangover. Coffee was great and the coffee shot attached to the hotel was great! Try the Twix Frappuccino!
