The place was beautiful, the buffet for breakfast was amazing. Staff was very friendly and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Drain in bathtub clogged, tried to tell staff but that person didnt speak English. Towels and washcloths had to be obtained from front desk, never replaced by staff. We had to purchase lysol wipes ond clean upon arrival. Blood or feces splashed on bathroom wall...you're welcome for cleaning it up. Soap and shampoo were empty in shower. Just overall dirty and outdated. We are so disappointed, too much money for sub-par room/service. Breakfast was very good and excellent staff in the area. Vallet had computer glitch or something so unable to get vehicle without going down to request it. Parking is way too expensive!!!!!! We won't be back and will not recommend!

Great location, great staff, and great breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice. Only thing I would change is our room was quite loud because it was only a single pane window. Didn't really affect my stay but something worth mentioning for light sleepers

It had all we needed. It was clean and staff was friendly. The AC kicked off and on like most hotels — bit annoying Breakfast daily was nice. It’s a no frills hotel which for Nashville is perfect because no one is spending time in hotel anyway
