We checked in on Thursday morning, the signs say they clean the rooms every other day. We had to request for our room to be cleaned, change the sheets and we needed towels Saturday morning then we requested again around 1130 am when we returned Saturday night it was never cleaned, they said it was too late Sat evening to do anything and said they would do it Sunday and again we returned and still no towels trash in our room and beds not made. They told us they would send someone up Sunday evening to make the beds and we waited and they never showed. We checked out Monday and will NEVER go back!!

They charge an additional $25.00 to park in their huge, almost empty parking lot. What a ripoff. Receptionist was not very friendly. The breakfast area did not look inviting nor did the food.

Great stay for a 4 night business trip! HUGE King suite and the staff was excellent. Good hot breakfast. Several restaurant options within easy walking distance. definitely would stay here again.

Rooms were nice but lobby, corridors and in particular elevator lobby and elevator not clean or well kept up. Front desk person did not give me a parking tag. Her oversight could hsve meant my car bring towed. Also, when iI came to lobby for coffee there was none. I mentioned this fact to front desk. They said its being brewed. I waited about 15 minutes, no coffee ever was made. I just left.

We had an overall decent stay (2 adults, 2 kids)--relatively comfortable (though the pool was cold), mostly quiet / uneventful, and breakfast was decent (and BBQ next door was great!)--though we came to find out after the fact that we were charged an additional $25/day for parking. I didn't see this in the listing and it wasn't mentioned by the staff upon check-in--they just handed me the little hang-tag and told me to display it. Not the biggest deal, I guess, but upon coming back here to check on the parking situation I noticed other reviews indicating there have been break-in's in the parking lot--this happened the day we left, as well (fortunately ours wasn't broken in to, even though the one next to us was). A bit odd that this is happening consistently and I can understand people's frustration with having to pay for parking with the cars being at risk overnight...maybe time to get some kind of security setup (at least some kind of deterrent). Otherwise, if you're staying here and parking your car, be sure not to leave anything in it!

Concerns about parking security
Hotel was nice; clean room, nice lobby, good breakfast. Only concern, but kind of a big one, was that our first night there, someone broke into a bunch of cars in the parking lot. Ours was not one of them, but still made us wonder if we wanted to stay there a second night. Also, the hotel seemed to have no concern about this other than telling people to report it to the police. I feel like they could at least have comped the rooms for the people whose days were ruined by having their cars broken into. And, given that you're paying an extra $25/night to park there, I feel like they could afford to invest in some security cameras and monitoring, so that someone might notice that there are people in the parking lot at 3 AM before they have time to break into 20 different cars.

There was no housekeeping services. No ice in the ice Maker in the ice Maker. Very limited furniture and we had a suite. We felt completely ripped off. I have stayed this property many times and this was the worst condition we've ever seen it I'm definitely going to ask for my money back .

Great location. Property needs some help. Pillows and bedding tired. Coffee was warm one morning and cold one evening. Chairs in breakfast and lounge need updating. Parking is $25 per night.

While the room was fairly clean, the dining area was a mess. Almost didn't want to eat. No one was cleaning the tables or cleaning around the buffet. Even the front lobby had popcorn on the carpet all around the popcorn machine even though it was 1am. Only 2 of the ice machines worked and one of the two was dirty ice. Overall the hotel had a run down feel. was kind of sad. Unless there are changes I would not opt for staying here again.

Let me list it Suite I booked was not available so the family time was in separate rooms I never got extra pillows after 2 phone calls The shampoo and conditioner bottles empty Never got either wake up call after mentioned I didn’t get the first one It’s out right sneaky not saying at the reservation you charge for parking

This location is my go-to whenever I’m visiting Nashville. This year and last when I stayed were phenomenal. It’s in a safe area, it’s quiet, relaxing, the staff are all friendly and welcoming! This location is the only place I’ll be at when in town for events!
