Staff was amazing. Location was great for peace and quiet but just a short uber ride to broadway. Hated that they didnt change our sheets during the 3 night stay house keeping came in only once. The room wasnt as clean as i would have expected for the price we paid. But the staff was great.

Excuse charge for late check out
We had a good stay apart from the day before we left, we asked for a late check out, you would think we had asked for the moon! After negotiations we were costed $130 to check out at 6pm on the morning it went up to $150 the same price as a night. I feel it was very inflated and the first lady receptionist was very rude. Made us feel very uncomfortable. The rest of the staff were nice. We were heading for a n overnight flight so needed the extra time. Wouldn’t stay again in this hotel

As a disabled guest, I felt forced to pay $120 for 3 nights of parking because walking back and forth was not an option for me.
