There was no staff upon arrival at the front desk. We were locked outside and had to wait for someone to either answer the phone or come to the front door. The front desk worker was very annoyed when checking in. Did not even check my information or card information. Handed me room keys, when i got to the room there was someone asleep in the bed. Had to go back downstairs and get another room which was handicapped accessible and not preferred. The room smelled highly of cigarettes. The air conditioner was very loud and kicked on every 10-15 minutes. We did not receive housekeeping for our entire stay. & there’s never anyone at the desk to speak to about any issues.
