The Space:

This gorgeous Airbnb is the perfect place to experience Nashville like a local, with the convenience of being only 3 miles away from downtown where you'll find the famous Broadway strip, the Cumberland River, the Ryman Auditorium, and so much more!
Staying in East Nashville - you get the true "local experience" without feeling far removed from downtown. Take a look at our Guidebook to see just how close you are to all of East Nashville's hottest bars, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, golf courses, and so much more.
We used to live in the "front house" and used to only rent out the back apartment. When we moved in December of 2018, we decided to renovate the entire house so now our guests rent out the front house AND the back apartment (connected via basement). In total, our newly renovated space includes 3 bedrooms (king, king, queen) and 3 full bathrooms (walk-in shower in one and shower/tub combos in the others)! Our decorator put an amazing urban chic spin on the decor while maintaining the charm and character of this beautiful 1930 cottage. The main floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom (with queen bed) and a full bath. Take the stairs off the kitchen to the amazing master retreat, complete with a work space and a full size bath with walk-in shower! Off the living room on the main floor are stairs that will take you down to the lower level basement and to the back apartment where you will be amazed by an additional guest space, complete with living room, eat-in kitchenette, bedroom with king size bed and a full bath with a super clean bathroom with plenty of towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, wipes.
We pride ourselves in being great hosts (just read our reviews!) and making your experience easy and comfortable and we will always have a few drinks in the refrigerator for you along with some snacks on the kitchen table, local coffee, cream, sugar, and teas in the cabinet.
Our home also boasts a nice sized backyard with fire pit and relaxing two/level back yard deck with bar and grill.
There is a nice long driveway we ask our guests to park in that holds up to four cars MAX.
We are very close to this neighborhood and our neighbors. We lived in this house for 8 years and our neighbors were sad (and worried!) to see us go and turn our entire home into a rental home. Our neighborhood consists of young families with babies and families that have lived in their homes for over 40 years! We assured them we would vet our guests to ensure we only host to most respectful guests!

**There is an additional $300 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available. We can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out. If there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
Guest Access:
You'll have the whole driveway to yourself and access to the backyard if you wish to visit the back deck.
Keyless entry makes it really easy for you to check in! No need to worry about coordinating keys. We will give you your unique code a day or two before your reservation via Airbnb messaging unless you would rather us text you.
The Neighborhood:
It's walking distance (8-15 minutes depending on where you want to go) to all the hot spots in East Nashville, yet it's on a really quiet, safe, and private street.

Getting Around:
9 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) 15 minute drive.
You're a 5 min walk from a grocery store (Kroger)
8 min. walk away from 3 coffee shops: Barista Parlor, Ugly Mugs (my favorite!), and Portland Brew.
8 min. walk from amazing restaurants like Two Ten Jack, The Silly Goose, the vegetarian and vegan restaurant The Wild Cow, Eastland Cafe (amazing happy hour from 5:30p-7p), and Rosepepper (Great margaritas)
You're a 12-15 min. walk away from the famous 5 points area where all the best East Nashville bars are, festivals and fairs, movies on the grass, more restaurants, and shops.
Of course, you can Uber anywhere in East Nashville for whatever the minimum Uber fare could ever be.
6 min. drive to downtown. (3.2 miles)
15 minute drive to the west side of Nashville (Green Hills, 12th South, West End)
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $135. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
Because we want to keep our neighbors happy, we have installed exterior security cameras and noise decibel sensors (NoiseAware) inside the home that will alert us if noise reaches past a certain decibel for a consecutive amount of time. These sensors do not record conversations or audio. They simply are detecting decibels.
