Excellent service from check in to check out. Good size room which was clean and well maintained. Breakfast offerings were very good and the daily kick back was certainly more of a dinner than the ‘evening snack’ they describe it as. Food was plentiful and tasty. Drinks options good. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all, a great stay during our trip to Nashville. Will certainly use this brand again.

Overall, we were very pleased with how courteous and friendly the staff were from upon entrance at the front desk, to the front line crew in the breakfast area, to housekeeping. I would recommend taking Lyft/Uber in lieu of renting a car and paying for parking each night ($42). The Omni hotel next door has a great reasonably priced gift shop called the Five and Tenn. You can’t beat a two block walk to the Honkytonk area on lower Broadway. My only negative, there is a fire/paramedic station two blocks away. There must have been 3-5 calls per night with sirens blaring 🚨 Thank you, Drury, for a wonderful three night stay!
